Arage

Arage lost his mom to Covid-19. He and his older sister, Ayelech, were born in the suburb of Bahirdar, which is the largest city in northern Ethiopia.

Without their mom, their dad struggles to raise them without a means for making a living. Ayelech, at 10 years old, took her mom's responsibilities on her shoulders. She gets up early every morning for work to help take care of her family's home, her brother and her dad.
